About Me
Hello, and welcome. I’m Carolina, a bilingual (English and Spanish) licensed psychotherapist and hypnotherapist dedicated to supporting people through life’s most meaningful transitions. My work is grounded in a holistic, integrative approach that honors both the psychological and the spiritual dimensions of healing.
In my 15 years of experience working with children, teens, families and adults in community mental health settings, clinics and schools, I have had the honor of supporting people through emotional healing, personal growth, and life transitions. I then felt called to expand beyond traditional therapy into practices that honor not only the mind but also the soul. This led me to train in Beyond Quantum Healing Hypnosis, Energy Healing, hypnotherapy and past life regressions which I now offer alongside my therapeutic foundation for those who feel called to explore deeper layers of consciousness, intuition, and inner wisdom. Many people come to me for traditional psychotherapy, while others choose the spiritual work or a combination of both.
